Wanted to quickly update everyone that Mike’s surgery went well today! We’re home and he’s feeling ok. The surgeon let us know that he thinks he knows why Mike had so much pain this weekend…there was a second bulged disk lower down in his back that he found today in surgery. He removed that bulged

TL;DR: Going back to work was good, I’m glad I’m part time as my energy level is still recovering. Radiation treatment is going well and the machine and process is objectively interesting. We’re getting ready for Mike’s surgery this week and are grateful it’s so soon because he’s been having a tough go of it
